- V-01-2008 – Diane Bruemmer & Lloyd Wayne Purks (Owners): Request the following variances to Article XII (Lot Area and Other Dimensional Requirements Within Districts);
PUBLIC HEARING
To permit a variance of 49.98 feet from the required 200 foot lot width for a proposed 3.003 acre lot (proposed lot would be 150.02 feet in width). The property that the proposed parcel would be subdivided from is 8.242 acres and is shown as Tax Map #2-3-4, and is zoned RR-2, Rural Residential-2. This property is located at 4115 Fredericksburg Turnpike, approximately 0.15 miles north of Route 673 on Route 2 (Fredericksburg Turnpike) in the Reedy Church Voting District.
To permit a variance of 75 feet from the required 75 foot front yard setback for an existing house on a proposed 5.239 acre parcel (existing house would be entirely within the front yard setback). The property that the proposed parcel would be subdivided from is 8.242 acres and is shown as Tax Map #2-3-4, and is zoned RR-2, Rural Residential-2. This property is located at 4121 Fredericksburg Turnpike, approximately 0.15 miles north of Route 673 on Route 2 (Fredericksburg Turnpike) in the Reedy Church Voting District.
